Start-Up Process

Every relationship is unique, but the foundation is always the same – trust. It is our promise to you that we will never pressure you into making a decision you are uncomfortable with or recommend an investment that we are not convinced is in your best interest.

The Path from “Potential Client” to “Current Client”

Initial Meeting

You will meet with a Robbins Wealth Management investment advisor to learn more about what our firm can offer to you. The intention of this meeting is for you to ask any questions you may have. There is NO PRESURE and NO CATCH. We will simply assess if there is a good fit between your needs and our expertise.

Follow-Up Meeting

Once you have decided that Robbins Wealth Management is the right choice for you, we will establish a second meeting for paperwork. During this meeting, we will sign an advisory contract between our firm and you, any relevant transfer paperwork, and retrieve a completed client expectation questionnaires. We will also e-mail you an invitation to take a web-based risk tolerrance questionnaire from FinaMetrica(r). If you do not have e-mail, then we will use a written copy of the same FinaMetrica(r) questionnaire. The purpose of the two questionnaires is to create an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) to help guide the management of your assets. Also during this meeting, you will be required to provide current account statements for all accounts being transferred.

Transfer of Assets

We will be closely monitoring the transfer process to ensure that all of your assets have transferred. This process might take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on the institution from which you are transferring.

Allocation Meeting

Once all of your assets have been transferred into an account under our management, we will discuss with you specific recommendations with your IPS in mind. Together, we will select a blend of investments that is both strategic and in-line with your goals and objectives. Upon receiving your approval, we will then place trades to align your current holdings with the proposed blend.

Periodic Follow-Up Meeting

Depending on the size of your total assets under management, one of our investment managers will meet with you every 3, 4, 6, or 12 months to review your progress. We are accessible for your questions and concerns on an on-going basis, but this is a time reserved just for you. Depending on market conditions, we may or may not make transaction recommendations at these meetings.

On-Going Reporting

You will receive monthly statements from our custodian, TD Ameritrade, and quarterly statements from our firm. Our statements are designed to keep you informed on how your overall account is performing in an easy to understand way.
